Delivery
Our customers are important to us and we aim to process and delivery your order as quickly
as possible.
Orders received by 12 noon on a week day will normally be sent out the same day. Orders
received by 9 am on a Saturday will normally catch the last post that day which is 12.30
pm. Packets will be sent by first class Royal Mail and should reach UK addresses within a
couple of working days. A few items we sell are too large for first class post and orders
including such goods will be sent by parcel post. These longer length items are clearly
marked on the details within the shopping cart.
We advise you by e-mail of how your order has been sent when we send it off.
