This quilt top in progress is a surprise present for Monica's Mother. It demonstrates what a wonderful effect and variation may be achieved using the Stack and Whack technique.

These fabrics from Pansy - Marcus Fabrics are quite stunning and the clever way Monica has positioned the design has resulted in striking twirling motifs.

I think Monica's Mother will love this quilt.
