'Roof Tiles' was my first experimental attempt at patchwork and although very simplistic, I very much enjoyed making it. All the colours in the bars are Tabbycat.

The Tabbycat says:
I have put this in the Quilts' section, although it is in fact a duvet cover, as the size and design is comparable with that of a quilt.

This is a very good example of a simple design being very effective. I think it is more striking because the 'Bars' or stripes are of varying widths.
