Description:

Lyn has made this super quilt mainly by hand using the quilt as you go method. This has enabled her to quilt each block separately before joining them all together. The blocks are 12 inches finished and if you look carefully at the photo you can see that each 'plate' is echo quilted giving it a very good definition.

The contrasting colour of the 'plates' and sashing against the pale background also adds to this very attractive quilt. I can imagine that this will make a very good focal point in the room and Lyn should be proud of this quilt.
